Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we want you to feel completely comfortable purchasing our products.
Payments are processed through PAYPAL.
RJ Artworks provides domestic shipping to the continental US with each purchase at no additional cost. All US shipments are sent out via USPS or UPS ground. Tracking information will be provided and package insurance is required. Please contact us directly PRIOR to paying for your item if you require shipping outside the continental US or are interested in upgrading your shipping method. We will provide you with an estimate for international, express, 2-day or overnight shipping based on your zip code and the package details for your chosen piece.
In-stock orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and most custom orders will be shipped out in 10-15 business days. Business days are defined as Monday-Fridays; not weekends or holidays.
Refunds and Exchanges
RJ Artworks DOES accept returns. The buyer will be reimbursed the full purchase price minus the shipping charges. The buyer must return the item within 10 days and it MUST be returned in its original shipped out condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The seller will not accept returned items WITHOUT prior agreement through e-mail. In the event that an item is damaged in transit to the customer, the seller will work with the customer and the shipper to ensure the customer receives a full refund of all costs, including shipping.
RJ Artworks does not offer refunds on custom and/or personalized orders.
